Trump receives brutal coronavirus fact-check from The Recount
The Recount released their latest video Sunday saying, “The fall surge experts have warned us about is here — somehow, the president’s constant insistence that we’re ’rounding the turn’ didn’t actually send us around the turn. And it may only get darker from here.”

President Donald Trump was called out by CNN for misleading voters during his contentious “60 Minutes” interview that aired Sunday evening on CBS.
“Despite Stahl’s persistent efforts to challenge him, Trump made false or misleading claims about several topics on which he has been frequently deceptive in recent months — most notably the coronavirus pandemic,” he explained. “We counted at least 16 false or misleading claims in the extended footage Trump posted, 10 of them pandemic-related.”
Democratic vice presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) on Sunday slammed the Trump administration for “admitting defeat” in the fight against COVID-19 after White House chief of staff Mark Meadows told CNN “we are not going to control the pandemic.”
