What is the Crime Trump is GUILTY of. It is really simple and doesn’t require and IQ higher than average to understand. Trump is accused of falsifying business records (a New York state crime) in an effort to use illegal campaign contributions to influence the 2016 campaign (a federal crime). Trump misapplied the dollars spent as hush money as money spent on attorney fees. Shortly after the Hollywood Access tape was released that showed Trump to be the Knuckle Dragging Neanderthal he is, his crony Neanderthal handlers thought other events (Trump’s adultery with Stormy and Karen McDougal), might paint him for what he really is, a Knuckle Dragging Neanderthal and keep many Americans from voting for him in the upcoming election. So Trump agreed to make payments totaling $130,000 to Stormy to keep her from exposing him as the Fraud he is, 12 days before the 2016 election (Trump arranged a $130,000 payment to porn star Stormy Daniels in October 2016 to prevent her from discussing a sexual encounter she said she had with Trump in 2006). By 2018, David Pecker and AMI (National Enquirer) found themselves under investigation for using catch and kill payments, in which AMI purchased the exclusive rights to stories that might have been damaging to Trump’s 2016 campaign for President and then refused to publish them. Such a tactic may have represented illegal and/or undeclared “in-kind” campaign donations under Federal Election Commission rules.[5] In March 2018, Karen McDougal filed a lawsuit against American Media in Los Angeles Superior Court, aiming to invalidate the non-disclosure agreement preventing her from speaking about an alleged affair with Trump. Pecker had directed AMI to purchase the exclusive rights to the story for $150,000 in 2016, allegedly to keep it from the public. The crime is not paying hush money. The crime is interfering with a Presidential Election to affect the outcome of the election.
