STOPPING AT a traffic light when red is law in Hamilton County. Stopping at a STOP sign is law in Hamilton County. Beating a dog with a stick is something that a resident of Hamilton County should not do and is a violation of applicable law AND if I witnessed any resident of Hamilton County beating a dog with a stick I would report the offense even if the person beating the dog with the stick is a business owner… you get NO free pass… you like me have an obligation to the community.
